Life in the Fast Lane!

Going here! Going there! Going Somewhere, Everywhere!
Too tired to Move! Too tired to Talk! Too tired to Really Stop & Think!
Life is Short! Life is Grand! Is Life All What You've Really Planned?
A Future without Christ is a "Life in the fast lane."

Not enough time! Not enough space! Not enough energy to think!
Is this all there is to Life? Moving, at a fast pace, so drained of "whatever."
Devoid of Hope! Devoid of Peace! No, there has to be more to life than this.
This is what we call "life in the fast lane," moving so rapidly that there are no emotions left to consider.

"Deliver me from this," someone cries.
"Deliver me from that," someone else cries.
"Take away the pain, and set me free," another screams!

THE ANSWER: "Call upon the name of the Lord, and you will be saved."

"Lord, God, there are many people who have no hope, no peace in this world, who are in the Fast Lane of Life. It attempts to overwhelm them at times. Heavenly Father place your loving arms around them and send someone to them who can rescue them from themselves and lead them to You." Amein!

What I Love!

I Love watching the Sunrise and the Sunset!
I Love the Lightning and the Thunder and the Rain that falls from the heavens!
I Love People who have Integrity, are Faithful, and Loyal!
I Love Sunday's and Being with the People of God!
I Love my Children and Grands and all of my extended family!
I Love Life, walking in the Spirit!
I Love God with a Passion that supersedes anything that exist in this life!

What do you Love?

Helpless!

Have you ever tried to help someone and to your sorrow and dismay, discovered that they really didn't want your help! Really what they want is someone to listen to their problems and troubles, not just a few times, but over and over again. They are not willing to do anything that will change their situation. All of the advice or suggestions given, are met with the response, "I've already tried that."

Now I need to vent just a little. Some may say, "Well, that's your job. You are supposed to listen to people and try to help them." My conclusion of the whole entire matter is this:

• My job is to live as closely as I can to our heavenly Father.
• My job is to lead people to the source who can help them, whose name is Yeshua HaMashiach (Jesus Christ, in English for you)

When a person refuses to come to Jesus Christ, who can help them with all of their situations, and past circumstances, then you are correct, there is no hope for their past, no hope for their current situation, no hope for their future, as long as they refuse to believe in Him. When a person refuses to accept this belief, then nothing that YOU do, no amount of listening to them, no amount of praying with them, will help that person.

But is that the end of the matter! No!

I believe with all of my heart, that Jesus Christ is the ANSWER for all of mankind's need's. We can still pray that the Ruach HaKodesh (the Holy Spirit) will be sent to them to lead them to Jesus! We must continue to do battle for these tormented souls and ask our Father for increased strength and endurance to continue the battle for their soul.

"O My Father! My heart is so burdened and overcome with the sadness in people's lives who have suffered at the hands of evil and vile people. My Father I ask you to encourage every believer out there, every minister who has attempted to deal with people who have no hope. Let your strength be their strength and don't let them give up on people. Help us Lord, to continue to be an encourager to the needy, to those lost in helplessness. We praise you most compassionate, loving Father! Amein!

Help! Rescue Me!

Sunday, is the day we recognize Mother's all across this land in a holiday known as Mother's Day. Undoubtedly, my mother was a Jewel of all Jewel's. Mother taught me so many things. Mostly good. She created in me the desire to be more like her, as the years rolled by and my life moved into adulthood. To me, she gave me something that is the most prized possession any person could have. She gave me L O V E! UnConditional L O V E.

• She loved me when I was good!
• She loved me when I was bad!
  
• She loved me when I was sick!
• She loved me when I was mad!
• She loved me at ALL TIMES!

There were 6 of us children and NONE of us six experienced anything but LOVE from a GODLY mother who feed us, bathed us, taught us right from wrong, disciplined us when we needed it, but always put her arms around us to comfort us and assure us of her love. She worked her fingers to the bone to take care of a family of eight.

To all of the Godly Mother's across this land, you have a special place in the heart of our Father for protecting and sheltering your children from harm's way.

But there is another kind of Mother out there we don't ever talk about. That is the Mother's who have the name, but that's all it is. They don't even deserve the time to post about them but there are thousands of children who need a voice to expose these types of mother's in name only.

These mother's, deserve to be tared and feathered!
These mother's deserve to be treated as they have treated their children!
These mothers have deserted their children, or worse, have allow some person to continually abuse them, or harm them.
These mother's are unfit, only full of themselves and how best their own personal needs can be filled through the usage of their children.
These mother's will lie, cheat, steal, or do whatever, to satisfy their own goals, plans, and agenda.
These mother's will actually do their own child harm and yes, some of them will do it in the name of the Lord!

There is a reckoning day coming! My heart is heavy and burdened for all of the children who have this type of mother. No she doesn't even deserve the capital M in mother. Rest assured, judgment day is coming!

But what about those of us who could make a difference in the life of a child who has a Mother of this sort. Please become aware of children around you. If you see neglect, or even suspect abuse, don't hesitate to report it. Become involved in the life of a child.

O Father! We don't always understand the ways of man! How evil people have become in this day that we are living. Forgive me where I have failed to see with your eyes, what injustices are being committed around me. Open the eyes of my heart Lord, that I will become more observant in the life of a child who so needs rescuing. I understand Father, that WE, your people, are your HANDS, your FEET, your VOICE, in the earth. Help us CRY OUT for the little children in the world. Amein!"

My Heart Will Follow!

Today, Sunday, the 24th, is the day that most churches acknowledge and recognize the fact, that Christ is Risen from the Tomb! An empty grave is there to PROVE that our Savior lives. I arose early this morning, excited about the privilege of being able to attend the house of worship of my choice, I might say. The body of Believers, where I attend, had breakfast for everyone, free of charge. Spirits were high as we all gathered to fellowship, which is something our Jesus, loved to do with people. All of our men cooked for everyone. Then after breakfast, pictures were taken of every family that attended. They would receive their copy after the service, at no charge. The spirit of our Savior, Jesus Christ was evident in the life of every believer. The service was awesome.

My thoughts end with:
Because He Lives, I can Face Tomorrow!
Because He Lives, All Fear is Gone!
Because I Know, I Know He holds My Future,
My Life is worth the Living, Just because He lives!

I Don't Get It!

Why is it that we church people are so interested in everything else in life except for God???? I know, you are giving me hundreds of reasons. Some of you are really shouting reasons at me now. Whoa! Slow down. Every one of us has an excuse: "The preacher didn't shake my hand. So-in-so- hurt my feelings cause...We wanted blue carpet instead of green.....I give big money into that church and they ought to......when this happened in my life, no one called me or no one helped me" and the list goes on and on and on and on...

You see, I have certainly been GOING to church for a long time and have used some of those excuses myself at times. But it doesn't explain the WHY we have not allowed the Holy Spirit to overflow in our life. It doesn't explain why we have left God out of our life, and walked away from him. You say, "I'm still a Christian." He says: "Prove it." You see it is not what we SAY. It about what we DO! Actions truly speak LOUDER than WORDS!

My heavenly Father is looking for a new breed of Christian. One who is not captivated by the things of this world; One who is not ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ; One who is not controlled by their DESIRES; but One who is CAPTIVATED by the Spirit of Christ to a lost and dying world.

Our life should be re-evaluated by the Spirit of Christ when we care more about how we appear to other people; When we are more interested in activities, sports, looks, social status, and pursuits of the things that draw us AWAY from Christ.


"O Father, please forgive me where and when I have failed you. You have given us all things in this life to enjoy, but when they become more important than YOU and your WORK, then they have become our IDOLS to worship. Help me get rid of every weight and sin that takes me away from You, Your People, the body of Christ, and purge my heart of every impurity in the precious name of your Son, Yeshua (Jesus). Amein!

Lightning, Hail, Loud Thunder, & Hard Rain!

What a storm we had blowing through our counties last night, and even today the rains are continuing in other places.

As I contemplated all of the lightning, hail, loud thunder, and the very hard rain, it was as if the Holy Spirit spoke to me and said, "This is what I'm getting ready to do across this country. My Spirit is going to appear as the lightning, quick and electrifying, as the thunder, loud and bodacious, as the rain, so much and spreading, to the degree that miracles, signs, and wonders, are going to take place in the circumstances and situations that people think are impossible. I am the God of impossibilities and to those who have been praying and interceding for their loved ones for a long time, to those tired and discouraged; to those who are thirsting for more of me, Get Ready... The wind of my Spirit is beginning to blow."

My heart leaped within me with excitement as I had seen some circumstances just this very week, that were impossible in my human reasoning and understand, do a complete flip flop to the positive---without any human intervention. Relationships that had been destroyed for years and years, the Wind of the Spirit, restored in just a few minutes. Halleluiah!

"Thank you Heavenly Father for the wind of the Holy Spirit. Help me develop that intimate relationship with Him, the Holy Spirit, that will keep me sensitive to the voice of the Spirit."

My Faith in People Restored!

Wow, little did I know that when the Lord called me to pastor that I would last this long...laughter! 12 years of pastoring my very First church, and it is so ...... no words to express the feelings inside of my heart. People come and go in your life, but church life, is the most awesome, wonderful, hectic, joyful, and sometimes chaotic relationships. (Laughter) "Thank you heavenly Father for sending me people that remain faithful to you! The highs and lows of ministry are so humbling Father and I rejoice that you have given me the privilege serving you in this way."

Grateful!

Life is not a bowl of cheeries! Most of us realize by now that it is anything but that. One thing I have learned, is that even though life is tough, there is a way to process life even in the bad times. I know that you are anxious for the answer so I won't delay in telling you. It is by giving your heart and life to Jesus Christ. He makes promises like, "I will never leave you nor forsake you. I will go with you all the way even until the end of time. When you are in the fire, I will be with you. My peace I give you, not as the world gives."

How could we not be totally amazed by His Love and Grace "I praise you Lord because your grace is sufficient for all of my needs. Thank you for being with me in the fires (trials) of life. You have proven yourself to me so many times and you are Faithful. I love you Lord!"

Monday, Monday

What is it about Monday mornings! You know you go through the entire week just waiting for the weekend and poof, it's over, that is the weekend, and Monday morning is starring you in the face again. Smiles are coming to my face as I realize that it's crazy to feel this way about a day we call Monday. How insane is it to look at a certain day in our life with such dread! Instead of going through the Monday, Monday, blues, we should be grateful to have the opportunity to begin another week in our life.

O, hold on a minute! I've got it! Monday is NOT the first day of our week. SUNDAY is the first day of our week. Maybe IF we would begin the week with Sunday, attend the church of our choice, actually rest that day in worship to our heavenly Father, then it would make that dreaded day of Monday be less intimidating.

"O Father, we human's have such weird ideas about our life. Our lives are based around our circumstances, our emotions, our mindset, but YOU O LORD are concerned about it ALL. You have even numbered the hairs of our head (laughter). How awesome are you Lord! Your love fills me with joy and hope and never again will I dread a day that you have given me to live fully."

I Am So Humbled!

It seems like years since I've been out of the "Church Box!" You know what that is, right? In case you don't, please let me explain what the phrase, "the church box," means to me. Now that's the key phrase, "To me," cause it may not mean the same to you.

A church box is something so boring, so nothing that it hardly takes us back to services week after week. The church box is so small, that it has no room for expansion. It produces little thinking, dwarfed Christians, and absolutely zero in the emotional realm. Because the "Church Box" is so confining, there is no room for relationships that actually mean something. Everyone in the "church box" is so miserable, that they want to make sure that everyone else around them stays in the same "miserable box" with them. You recognize "church box" people by No Joy, no Peace, no Nothing, just sour plastered faces that appear as if the life was sucked right out of them.

Today, I met with some other people who are tired of living in "the box." It was so absolutely refreshing to laugh so much, and be excited about living "out among the people," which is where Jesus spent over 90% of His time walking the earth. Joy began to bubble up inside of me. Real contentment like a warm blanket began to spread throughout my physical body. This was exciting! This was what my heart has been longing for. Not perfect people, but people who know how to "Forgive and "Forget" the past, hurts, and disappointments from others. A people called by our Father.

My heart was so humbled to know that when we decide to "get out of the Box," which is what we call the Religious Church, then God will work in our lives and in the lives of other people to accomplish His work in the earth.

"Thank you Heavenly Father for opening up my eyes to see beyond the limitation of THE BOX. When I am in your house, and with your people, Lord, the boundaries are no longer going to be there to limit me and keep me small. I refuse to just GO to Church. Help me Father, BE the CHURCH. Grow, bigger in me Father so that your will and your work will be accomplished."

Now What About You and What Kind of Box is Holding You Back From Becoming Who You Really Are in Christ!

Who Do We Think We Are?

How dare we make judgments about other people. Not one of us knows what another person is going through and what has happened to them in their life unless we have been their closest friend. Even then, no human can know the thoughts of another. Christian people are the worst regarding this issue. We are so judgmental and are experts at "talking" about God, and that is called RELIGION. We are all guilty in this sin, "O Father God, help me to quit making opinions about people and judging them." Whee! That felt better. Now how about you???

On Fire!

Today is a reflection of my life. When looking back it's amazing to see how far in life you have traveled. Some of the looks back are not so good. Others are amazing! How exciting it is to know that Father God had a plan for your life. It's amazing and interesting in looking back, that you can see when you walked away from His plan and took another path. He never left your side, you discover, as you walked away from Him. He was there all the time! Wow~! How I love Him. How I adore Him. How precious is the Father to His daughters and sons. He lovingly, gently, guided us back onto the right path. What an awesome Father!
